We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis and advice on national security matters, including counterterrorism, cybercrime, and organized crime. You will also work closely with other agencies and stakeholders to identify and address emerging threats and vulnerabilities. To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to think critically and strategically, and to make sound judgments based on complex data.

Responsibilities
  • Work with limited supervision on complex analytical problems.
  • Provide technical guidance in Intelligence analysis tools and coach junior members of the team to develop their Intelligence tradecraft including regular peer review.
  • Is resilient in the face of demanding workloads and confronting subject matter, including objectionable material.
  • Consider and champion diversity, different perspectives, and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in all intelligence outputs.
