Autoinfo is a leading provider of automotive catalogue data and solutions for automotive, motorcycle, marine, industrial and agricultural equipment. Autoinfo provides industry-leading vehicle-specific eCatalogues and market intelligence solutions to the Australian and New Zealand automotive aftermarket and OEM parts industry. Their proprietary vehicle index and cataloguing system, OSCAR, various private label trade portals and retail websites, enable businesses to efficiently identify parts, improve sales, and reduce returns.
What You'll be Doing:
You'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and availability of Autoinfo's network and systems. Working with a collaborative team, you will be instrumental in managing our servers, databases, and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.
This role is open to candidates Australia and New Zealand wide.
Key Responsibilities
- Network and Systems Maintenance: Ensure high availability and seamless operations of internal systems, including servers and databases. Manage MySQL instances, apply patches and updates, and install/configure new hardware and software.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve business and software issues with Level 3 support, ensuring timely responses and minimal system downtime.
- Security & Stability: Maintain secure business policies, safeguard data, and monitor and evaluate server and network performance to identify risks or threats.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to meet the company's goals and provide after-hours/on-call support as needed.
- Documentation: Keep up-to-date documentation for systems, networks, and software, and assist in technical documentation preparation.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with trends and technologies to ensure the network infrastructure operates at peak performance.
What We're Looking For
- Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent certifications/qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing network infrastructure, application & systems support
- Demonstrated experience in a Microsoft 365 network environment
- Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, AWS Server, Amazon SES and SNS, Elastic IP Assignment, My SQL Database, Microsoft Visual Studio Administrator, Mx toolbox and https issuing and installation
- Knowledge of AWS, IIS, SQL, SharePoint
- Experience managing external Vendors
- MySql experience (or MS SQL)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on autonomy and initiative.
- Ability to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
- A collaborative attitude, contributing to a positive company culture.
