The ideal candidate will have a background in video editing and a passion for creating engaging content that drives high levels of interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will research and identify the most engaging, viral content on the internet that aligns with our Facebook pages, ensuring it resonates with our audience and drives high engagement.
  • You will work to targets set by a line manager to increase productivity and output.
  • You will manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is desirable to the audience and are required to have an awareness of industry trends.
  • You will produce creative video edits and place videos into a schedule.
  • You will report to your line manager weekly on video performance, with an analysis.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in video editing (including experience in Premiere Pro).
  • Background in editing for social media platforms.
  • Able to understand social media and use various platforms to source relevant and engaging content to appeal to its intended audiences.
  • Pasión for editing and an understanding of short-form content and engagement strategies.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work proactively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excited by the opportunity of working for a fast-paced social agency.
