Responsibilities:

  • Lead franchise recruitment and development across Australia and New Zealand
  • Conduct performance reviews and collaborate on business plans
  • Ensure adherence to franchise standards and operational compliance
  • Provide business coaching, guidance, and financial analysis support to franchisees

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in home building franchise environments, ideally in Australia or New Zealand
  • 10+ years in sales, business development, or franchise operations
  • A strong understanding of residential construction and supplier partnerships
  • The ability to coach and influence business owners to improve results
  • Strategic thinking with commercial acumen and strong communication skills
