Case Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced case manager to join our team in providing intensive supervision and support to individuals in immigration proceedings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases using appropriate tools and techniques, maintaining accurate and complete records
- Meet with participants face-to-face regularly, conducting intake interviews and orientations
- Install electronic monitoring equipment and monitor participant compliance
- Evaluate participant needs and connect them with community resources
- Supervise participants in Company offices and facilitate translation services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Sociology or Social Work
- At least two years of customer service or case management experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required; valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
