Job Description: We are seeking an experienced case manager to join our team in providing intensive supervision and support to individuals in immigration proceedings.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases using appropriate tools and techniques, maintaining accurate and complete records
  • Meet with participants face-to-face regularly, conducting intake interviews and orientations
  • Install electronic monitoring equipment and monitor participant compliance
  • Evaluate participant needs and connect them with community resources
  • Supervise participants in Company offices and facilitate translation services

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Sociology or Social Work
  • At least two years of customer service or case management experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required; valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
