About the RoleThis is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in your community while developing valuable skills and experience. As an Ambulance & Events Volunteer, you will provide quality care and support to patients through various events and ambulance responses. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary knowledge and confidence to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and professional patient care during emergency responses and events
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and outcomes
- Pursue ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- A full and clean NZ driver's licence for at least 12 months or completion of an approved NZTA advanced driving course (if full licence held for less than 12 months)
- To be 18 years of age or over
- New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status
- A clean police record

- To be available for regular duty and training (approximately two 12 hour shifts and one training session per month)
