Financial Operations Director

**About the Role:** Our client is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to lead their finance, HR, IT, and Health & Safety teams. This role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a strong focus on finance management, HR compliance, and IT system management.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank and cash management.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, including adherence to Totika pre-qualification and HSE systems.
  • Manage staff training and induction programs, and review formal terms of trade.
  • Oversee company secretarial duties and prepare new staff contracts.

**Ideal Candidate:** The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as a Financial Controller or come from a finance background. Proficiency in Office 365, Xero, and IMS Payroll is desirable. Experience with Aroflo, TimeClock, NAS admin, or Totika is a strong advantage.

**Working Conditions:** This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required to meet reporting and business deadlines.
