Lead Men's Wrestling Coach and Development Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished individual to serve as the Lead Men's Wrestling Coach and Development Specialist at Chatham University. As a key member of the Athletics Department, this individual will be responsible for leading the men's wrestling program, developing and implementing training programs, and fostering a positive team culture.
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced coach who can create a winning environment while promoting student-athlete development, academic excellence, and personal growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Program Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the growth and success of the men's wrestling program.
- Coaching Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise assistant coaches and support staff.
- Talent Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to student-athletes to ensure they reach their full potential.
- Communication: Establish and maintain effective relationships with student-athletes, parents, and stakeholders.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $41,300 - $46,900 and a 40-hour workweek.
