Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as we expand our operations in New Zealand. As an experienced sales professional, you will play a critical role in growing our client base by introducing LEAP's market-leading software to law firms across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through your network, cold outreach, and referrals.
  • Guide prospects through their buying journey from initial discussions to contract signature.
  • Demonstrate the benefits of LEAP to potential clients, highlighting how our software can improve their workflow and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with our post-sales delivery teams to ensure a seamless handover and onboarding process for new clients.
  • Execute activity plans to achieve commercial success in the region.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to analyse data quickly, cut through complexity, and find answers rapidly.
  • Commercially minded, with a focus on generating revenue and driving growth.
