  • Managing the portfolio of out-of-home specific brands, working closely with the wider Marketing team and stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth
  • Providing direction and leadership to our Out-of-Home sales team, helping them to achieve their goals and targets
  • Developing sales promotions and materials to support the New Zealand Out-of-Home business, working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Managing the brand standards in New Zealand for all Out-of-Home brands, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels
  • Leading the monthly sales and marketing meeting for the Professional channel, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of prior brand or trade marketing experience
  • Preferentially, you will have had some marketing or sales related experience within FMCG
  • You will have excellent multitasking and organisation skills with a keen ability to prioritise and communicate well with stakeholders
  • You are a passionate marketing professional who will bring your experience to help develop and grow the role, whilst being ready for the exciting challenges ahead
  • You will have strong commercial acumen and experience using data and insights to make decisions and set priorities
  • Confident with the use of Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook. Experience with Adobe creative suite, Photoshop and other design programs is a bonus
