The role involves providing assistance with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. You will also help individuals develop skills for daily living, including budgeting, time management, and communication.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. A strong desire to pursue a career as a Support Worker with a positive attitude is highly valued.
