Job Description: As a Home Coordinator, you will lead and manage our residential site in Hastings, mentoring and inspiring a team of support staff to ensure the individual needs and aspirations of our clients are met.
Responsibilities: Your day may include supporting clients to plan daily tasks, attending community activities, providing personal care, domestic chores, or medication administration. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring the smooth running of the home.
Skills and Qualifications: We require a minimum Level 3 qualification; however, a relevant Level 4 qualification within healthcare is preferred. Proven experience in successfully leading a team, effective relationship building, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience working with challenging behaviors are essential.
