Job Description: As a Home Coordinator, you will promote and support clients towards a healthy lifestyle by maintaining a high quality of life, supporting their recovery journey, and encouraging full participation in daily activities. You will lead and manage our residential site based in Hastings, mentoring and inspiring a team of support staff who assist individuals to meet their individual needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities: Your day may include supporting clients to plan day-to-day tasks, attending community activities, providing personal cares, domestic chores, or medication administration. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the home, ensuring the needs of others are met by maintaining a high standard of service.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 qualification; however, a relevant Level 4 qualification within healthcare is preferred. Proven experience in successfully leading a team, effective relationship building, and interpersonal skills are essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a quality focus are also required.

Benefits: Ongoing training and support, MASH Day and Study Days, free yearly flu vaccination, and a competitive hourly rate ($29.19 - $31.35) depending on qualifications.
