Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager in our Willis Street store. You will be responsible for leading retail operations, managing teams, and driving sales and profitability in-store. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead retail operations and manage teams to achieve targets
  • Develop and implement effective store procedures and processes

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in driving sales and profitability in-store, with a passion for customer service and team leadership. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential for this role. A well-presented appearance and a taste for desirable products are also expected.
