Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and company standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store sales and performance.
  • Closely monitor store operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage wage costs and adhere to company rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development.
