We are seeking a Treatment Specialist to join our team at Work Tech, providing child and adult services. The successful candidate will have a recognised qualification in psychology, social work, or counselling, and be registered with a professional body.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering clinical and evidence-based treatment. You will assess the treatment and support needs of clients who have engaged in harmful sexual behaviour, working alongside whanau and other supports impacted by this behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess treatment and support needs of clients
- Deliver clinical and evidence-based treatment
- Work with whanau and other supports
- Develop safety plans
- Report writing experience
Requirements
- Recognised qualification in psychology, social work, or counselling
- Registered with a professional body
- Experience in delivering clinical and evidence-based treatment
- Ability to work in a culturally responsive manner
- Connection with the local community
