We are recruiting for a Child and Family Specialist to join our team at Work Tech. The successful candidate will have experience working with children, youth, and adults who have engaged in harmful sexual behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and addressing the treatment needs of child, youth, and adult clients
  • Collaborating with whānau, hapu, and Iwi to ensure culturally responsive support
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports
  • Development and implementation of evidence-based treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or related field
  • Registration with a professional body and current Practicing Certificate
  • Experience in delivering clinical and evidence-based treatment
  • Training in psychometrics, assessment, and formulation of client issues
  • Ability to work in a culturally responsive manner
