**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Therapeutic Services Coordinator to join our team at Talent Propeller Limited. The successful candidate will provide intensive support to tamariki and whanau throughout Otago and Southland, ensuring their safety, recovery from past trauma, and a positive future together.

Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to tamariki and whanau in their homes or community settings
  • Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans
  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing comprehensive reports
  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting progress
  • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of new initiatives

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in therapeutic social work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to professional supervision and ongoing learning
