Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Legal Administrator to join our team in South Auckland.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to wider litigation matters and work closely with senior lawyers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • File Management: Manage electronic and physical files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare basic legal documents, correspondence, and billing statements for clients.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and managing diaries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in family law or litigation and disputes.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Legal Aid processes and technical accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, team-oriented attitude and clear communication skills.
