About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead Pharmacist to join our leadership team at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Lakes. As a key member of our team, you will provide strategic direction and clinical supervision to our pharmacy department.
The ideal candidate will have previous pharmacy operational management and leadership experience, as well as strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to achieving excellent clinical and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical and professional supervision to the pharmacy team
* Coordinate the team's efforts to ensure efficient and effective patient care
* Lead quality improvement initiatives and strategic planning for the department
* Ensure compliance with clinical governance and relevant legislation
* Develop and promote clinical leadership and engagement within the team

About You
* Registered Pharmacist with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) or eligibility to obtain one
* Deep commitment to achieving excellent clinical and business outcomes based on quality service delivery and outstanding patient care
* Ability to develop an organizational culture based on collaboration, trust, and transparency
* Commitment to biculturalism and achieving equitable outcomes for Māori
