The RoleAs a Senior Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the order process from quotations to invoicing with precision and efficiency.You will serve as the key liaison between Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and internal teams, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional account support.If you possess strong sales administration experience, exceptional organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you

This role offersthe opportunity to:

  • Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives across APAC to support complex renewal processes, including quote preparation and opportunity management.
  • Become an expert in Salesforce, with respect to input, custom queries, views, and output reports.
  • Oversee the management of vendor portals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (licensing, finance, support) to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the sales team.

To succeed in this role,You should have:A Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related tools.Excellent attention to detail, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and interpret sales data effectively.
