Key Responsibilities:

Process Management & Improvement:
  1. Evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance performance.
  2. Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to reduce waste and improve yield.
  3. Develop, configure, and optimize processes for increased efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety compliance.
  4. Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and bottleneck identification.
  5. Monitor and adjust production parameters to maintain process stability and product consistency.
Equipment & Maintenance Oversight:
  1. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.
  2. Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing failures in industrial machinery.
  3. Recommend modifications to improve equipment performance and longevity.
  4. Support the implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
  5. Evaluate new technology and automation solutions to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Quality Control & Compliance:
  1. Ensure that all processes comply with industry-specific regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement process control plans (PCPs) to maintain product quality.
  3. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to analyze defects, deviations, and non-conformances.
  4. Lead investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) for process failures and deviations.
  5. Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality improvements.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
  1. Use statistical analysis and process modeling software to track process performance and efficiency.
  2. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
  3. Maintain detailed process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  4. Provide detailed reports on process performance, identifying areas for further improvement.
