Job Description

The Community Rugby Manager will be responsible for leading the Community Rugby Team in enabling our team members to lead, inspire, and belong at all levels of rugby. The role involves managing operational areas such as event management, organisational health and safety, procurement, and equipment management.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth and development of the Community Rugby Team.
  • Manage events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with organisational health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Procure and manage apparel and equipment for the team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a sports leader in a sports or non-profit organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Discreet and professional with confidential information.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Willingness to take ownership and accountability.
