**Role Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Operator to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls and ensuring children have timely access to dental services.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and enquiries
  • Provide information to whanau and caregivers
  • Utilise and maintain our database
  • Resolve conflicts or difficult enquiries

**Skills and Experience Required:**

  • Experience working in a call centre environment
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to relate to whanau/caregivers and Health NZ - Te Whatu Ora staff
  • Attention to detail and good administration skills
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Able to pick up and use new systems and technology
