**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for improving student outcomes in English

- Lead and manage a team of teachers to achieve school goals

- Collaborate with other curriculum leaders to ensure whole-school alignment

- Ensure effective use of resources to support teaching and learning

**Requirements**

- Proven experience as a teacher and leader in English education

- Strong understanding of curriculum design and implementation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
