The Role
We're looking for an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the Claims change plan, coordinating the design/redesign of Claims business processes, and developing Change Management communications schedules and materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Claims change plan, including identifying change management strategies and coordinating their execution.
- Coordinate the design/redesign of Claims business processes to align with any change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Claims Change Management communications schedules and materials.
- Support the development of training plans and materials to support any claims change initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of change management or lead experience.
- Experience working with all levels of an organization to successfully deliver change.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching others in change management.
- A self-starter who takes on new opportunities and challenges, is adaptable and accountable.
- Experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Prosci change management methodology will be beneficial.
