The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Land Development team.
This is an integral role where you will provide people leadership, technical, and project management expertise to deliver some of HG's biggest projects.
- You will lead a team of civil engineers and civil designers across complex civil engineering projects from concept design through to construction completion.
- You will proactively review team performance, ensuring efficient project delivery, and be hands-on with preliminary designs, supervising detailed designs, calculations, plans, on-site investigations, and technical development.
- You will support professional development within our team through mentorship and guidance in an environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- You will maintain existing client relationships and drive business development initiatives by leveraging your network and identifying opportunities to enhance HG's future project prospects.
- You will drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance our digital intelligence capabilities.
- You will work alongside the National Land Development Manager in implementing the regional strategic business plan, including growth strategy, business development, marketing strategies, and budget targets, as well as demonstrating and embedding values and expected behaviours.
