We're looking for a Dementia Care Specialist to join our dedicated team in Elmswood, Judea, Tauranga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing activities programmes for our residents with dementia.

About the Role:

  • Working closely with our Diversional Therapist to create and implement activities programmes
  • Understanding residents' needs and abilities and encouraging them to take part in activities
  • Creating a safe and engaging environment for our residents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in planning and coordinating activities
  • Great people skills with empathy for the elderly
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • A vibrant and energetic personality
  • A clean NZ drivers' licence
  • Flexible multitasking skills
