About the Opportunity:

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate building and facilities maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  3. Support technology needs in the office, including hardware and software issues
  4. Assist with office administration tasks, such as calendar management and data entry
  5. Manage the induction, onboarding, offboarding, and security access card process for new employees
  6. Oversee fleet coordination and other operational tasks as required
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A valid driver's license is essential
