Job Description

Signant Health is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive strategic growth on the East Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the sales strategy for biotech accounts, ensuring revenue targets and business objectives are met.

About the Role:

  1. Drive Strategic Growth: Develop and execute targeted account strategies that align with Signant Health's overall business goals and drive sustainable growth.

  2. Engage Key Decision-Makers: Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor in their clinical research journey.

  3. Develop & Implement Sales Plans: Create sales plans that cater to client needs, working closely with Solution Leads, Solutions Architects, and Scientific Consulting teams.

  4. Lead Complex Sales Cycles: Manage high-value sales processes, from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close.

  5. Collaborate Across Teams: Foster collaboration across teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.

  6. Forecast & Report: Provide accurate sales forecasts, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
