Your Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Co-Ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our retention marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing targeted and impactful email campaigns in Klaviyo with accurate segmentation. You will strategize with the wider team and own the email content calendar for your clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted and impactful email campaigns in Klaviyo with accurate segmentation
- Collaborate with our Head of Strategy on opportunities to unlock further ecommerce growth for our clients
- Actively participate in client meetings, demonstrating a consultative and solution-driven approach
- Conduct RFM and CLV analysis to drive decision-making
- Have full ownership of your clients' success with the help of the broader retention and strategy teams and your manager
- Work closely with our design team to translate beautifully designed emails into functional Klaviyo campaigns
- Utilize Canva for making email design edits and content, ensuring alignment with briefs, brand guidelines, and client expectations
