**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our team as a Residential House Supervisor. As a key member of our Residential Houses in Hamilton, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities to live independently.

The successful candidate will have relevant caregiving experience, including personal cares, and ideally leadership experience or a genuine desire to develop their leadership expertise. They will be able to tailor their leadership approach to meet individual learning styles.

The Residential House Supervisor will lead a team in providing person-centered support, maximizing independence, and promoting positive outcomes for individuals. They will work collaboratively with the team to implement personal support plans consistently and ensure effective communication.

The ideal candidate will possess a warm, calm, and friendly personality with a passion for supporting people to achieve their goals. They will also have empathy, respect, and cultural awareness, as well as a full New Zealand driver's license and ability to transport passengers safely.
