Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Xero. As a key member of our Global Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our US Payroll product, working closely with teams across Product and Customer to ensure successful product launches and growth opportunities.
\Key Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need strong product marketing or marketing experience, preferably within a SaaS organisation. Previous Payroll experience is highly desirable, as well as experience working in a global role across geographies and in an agile environment with Product Managers and development teams. You will also need excellent communication, analytical, critical thinking, and business strategy skills, as well as the ability to articulate compelling propositions in clear language and develop effective marketing materials.
