Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will have strong technical hands-on experience in servicing, installing, and diagnosing machinery on and off-site. This permanent role involves regular routine service of fabrication machines and associated equipment, as well as diagnosing and rectifying machine breakdowns.

Main Responsibilities
Installation and integration of new machines
Promote tooling and maintenance contract sales
Perform machinery demonstration, operation, and safety aspects to clients
Being accountable and responsible for servicing and supporting a customer through all aspects of the customer's ownership of the machine

Essential Requirements
Engineering qualification (Degree or Diploma), either mechanical or electrical
Ability to analyze and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, optical, and electrical systems
Ability to use hand tools, Volt/Ohm meter, and Oscilloscope
Working knowledge of computers and Windows OS
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
Min 5 years' experience working on CNC, Blanking, Press brake, and general fabrication machinery

Self-motivated and enthusiastic individual
Ability to work independently under pressure with offsite support when required
Flexible approach to working hours and travel
Ability to work away from home when necessary
