Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Intensivist to join our Critical Care Department as Deputy Clinical Head. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the growth and expansion of our Critical Care services.

About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for participating in the clinical leadership of the department and managing its medical staff. You will work collaboratively with Allied Health, Nursing, Midwifery, and corporate counterparts to deliver their accountabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head of Department in clinical leadership and management of medical staff
* Collaborate with Allied Health, Nursing, and corporate teams to deliver accountabilities
* Participate in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures
* Contribute to the growth and expansion of our Critical Care services

Requirements:
* Hold or be eligible for Vocational Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand in the scope of practice of Intensive Care Medicine
* Fellowship in the Australasian College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

What We Offer:
* Competitive salary range: $185,380 - $267,980 plus additional allowances for call duties and Deputy Clinical Head responsibilities
* Superannuation 6% of total remuneration
* CME allowance of $16,000 per year
