Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team in Auckland. The successful candidate will support the Senior Finance Manager with various tasks, including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Intercompany Accounts, Credit Control, Management Reporting, Tax Returns, and Statutory Accounts preparation.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee Accounts Payable, including processing and payment of suppliers
• Perform Inter-Company Account Reconciliations at month-ends
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, including billing runs and rental invoice schedules
• Maintain and support the Rentals application
• Process Intercompany sales orders and invoices
• Handle customer account queries and credit control for key accounts
• Assist with end-of-month financial reporting and management reports
• Support tax returns and Statutory Accounts preparation
• Maintain internal control systems and support annual audits
• Assist with M3 software implementation and maintenance

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or equivalent
Experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
