Main Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Reading and understanding specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans
• Preparing project work procedures and determining dimensions and materials required
• Planning the order and selection of timbers and other materials, and preparing layouts
• Shaping and cutting materials to specified measurements, using hand or power tools
• Assembling and nailing prepared parts to form framework or structures or foundation for constructing buildings
• Constructing building frames and installing cladding on the inside and outside of buildings
• Removing and repairing existing fittings, conducting renovation and maintenance service for the wood structures
• Completing concrete formwork when required
• Working with steel and metal materials when required

Benefits:
