  1. Provide expert mental health input across Otago and Southland, including a 15-bed medium secure inpatient ward in Dunedin.
  2. Work effectively as a senior clinician within a multidisciplinary team.
  3. Contribute to quality service delivery and development.
  4. Participate in professional development activities such as CPD groups, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

In addition, you will have opportunities to enjoy teaching medical students and registrars through our strong links to the Otago Medical School, and there are possibilities to be appointed as a Clinical Lecturer in the Department of Psychological Medicine.
