About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team, developing strategies for growth, and providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team of auditors and ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to excel in their roles.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to achieve career growth and development.
  • Developing and implementing business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses a strong understanding of auditing principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in auditing, preferably within a large or mid-sized accounting firm.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
  • Strong business development skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth through networking and business development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
