The Opportunity


We are seeking an accomplished recruitment and/or sales leader to lead our Professional Services team. This team focuses on recruiting professional services for specialized desks, covering Corporate Services, Civil Construction, Commercial Construction, and Production & Manufacturing. Based in our central CBD Auckland office, this pivotal role offers autonomy and the chance to shape it to your strengths.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of recruiters
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive company-wide initiatives

Requirements



  • Previous experience in agency recruitment and labour hire at the senior level (preferred)
  • A proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a track record of results
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in leading and coaching teams
  • High initiative and strong teamwork skills
