The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the production team to achieve the required production rates with the right quality. You will help develop improvements to the production process within a high-growth, high-consequence production environment. This includes taking ownership of production lines, removing production blockers, understanding vehicle risk, and improving manufacturing processes and products to improve build rate and product yield.
