Job Title: Fabricator/Installer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator/Installer to help us create and install a wide range of signage products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC routers, laser cutters, and other fabrication machinery to produce high-quality custom signage.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
  • Assemble and install signage on various surfaces, including walls, windows, and exterior structures.
  • Collaborate with design teams to refine specifications and ensure excellent results.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following company safety protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machinery or installation during the fabrication process.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of materials, techniques, and industry standards in sign fabrication.
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Skilled in the assembly, finishing, and installation of signage products.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to installation sites.
