Job Description
We're on the hunt for a dynamic Learning and Organisational Development Lead to spearhead our learning initiatives and elevate our workforce to new heights.
In this role, you'll be the architect of our learning, talent, and performance management landscape, designing impactful programmes that empower our people and align with our strategic vision.
You will be responsible for enhancing kaimahi (employee) skills, leadership capabilities, and overall organisational effectiveness through workforce capability.
A hands-on role, you will be designing, sourcing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programmes.
You'll also lead the design and delivery of work programmes for talent identification and people performance, aligned to Group, Sport NZ, and High Performance Sport NZ strategic objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Thrives on working with diverse groups and a specialist, highly technical workforce with a variety of skillsets, expertise, and disciplines.
- Customer-centric and team attitude, able to adapt approach and thought leadership to build strong relationships and support the development of individuals through to Group systems.
- Strong L&OD expertise, and proven experience, with ability to maximise the benefits and make the link between workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and learning and development.
