National Bowel Screening Operations Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of the National Bowel Screening Programme. This exciting opportunity offers variety and challenges for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of programme delivery, including developing and overseeing service delivery, equity, quality, and communication plans. You will also liaison with community, primary, and secondary services to ensure effective programme implementation and manage staff to achieve programme goals.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification or be a qualified health professional, with a minimum of 4 years' experience working in a healthcare setting.
