Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Expert for Customs TariffsOverviewThis role involves monitoring and maintaining regulatory compliance for our database of customs tariffs. The successful candidate will have expertise in customs tariffs, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and research international customs tariffs and duty rates to ensure our database remains up-to-date and compliant with regulatory changes.
- Maintain regulatory expertise to ensure accurate data formats, processing procedures, and requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including technical administrators, developers, and management, as well as external stakeholders such as regulatory authorities and customers.
- Troubleshoot customer complaints, faulty workflows, and missing data to ensure seamless operations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Foreign Trade, International Business, or a related field.
- Expertise in reasoning and logic, data organization, and project management.
- Extensive experience in customs tariffs, with exposure to US and/or Swiss markets highly preferred.
- Strong professional communication skills and ability to write clear documentation.
