About the Job

We are looking for a skilled Gardener to join our team at Radius Care. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities to ensure they are clean, tidy, and visually appealing. This will involve regular pruning, weeding, and tidying of existing garden beds, as well as designing and implementing new gardens with approval from management.

You will also be responsible for utilizing color and texture when choosing seasonal plantings to create visually appealing displays, and weekly tidy up of all parking areas to maintain a safe and accessible environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the grounds of our facilities to ensure they are clean, tidy, and visually appealing
  • Design and implement new gardens with approval from management
  • Utilize color and texture when choosing seasonal plantings to create visually appealing displays
  • Perform weekly tidy up of all parking areas to maintain a safe and accessible environment
