This permanent full-time position is part of the Biosecurity Import & Export Standards team, which contributes to reducing the likelihood of harmful pests and diseases arriving at New Zealand's borders.

As an Adviser, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical requirements and export assurance programmes for New Zealand's forestry, seed, horticultural, and plant products.

Key responsibilities include negotiating market access requirements, applying expertise in plant protection and risk management, and working closely with stakeholders.
