Role Description

Kettering Health Network is seeking a skilled professional to support the occupational health team. As a Medical Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of employees across various Kettering Health sites.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting N95 fit testing and reviewing OSHA questionnaire forms.
You will work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and maintain accurate records.
In addition to your core duties, you may be required to participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct N95 fit testing for employees* Review OSHA questionnaire forms to ensure accuracy and completeness* Maintain accurate records and reports* Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent patient care* Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge* Wear Kettering Health approved scrubs during work hours

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
A minimum of one year's experience in a related field is preferred, although we will consider applicants with relevant education and training.
