You'll use your skills to help both your colleagues and clients, offering quality therapy and solutions that make a real difference for everyone involved.Benefits:Competitive pay.Salary Packaging.Relocation Assistance.Flexible Work Options.Additional Leave.Meals and Accommodation Benefits.Huge opportunities for career growth.Discounted Health Insurance & Gym Membership.Day-to-Day in the Role:Work with a great team to support specific health needs.Lead and promote OT services.Create and provide human-based, personalized OT services.Work closely with clients and families to create therapy plans.Present reports and thorough assessments.Manage and address questions, concerns, or requests from clients that are private, confidential, and emotionally delicate.Help bring in new clients and meet targets.Mentor and support junior team members.Ideal Candidate will:Be AHPRA registered.Have completed a higher education qualification in Occupational Therapy.Prove skills in designing and implementing strategies, processes, and systems in a disability context.Have leadership experience.Demonstrate ability to develop plans, practices, and procedures.Have experience working with people with disabilities and their different support needs.Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on problem-solving and negotiation.Work independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team.Have Neuro-Rehabilitation experience (preferred).For more information about this position please contact Fernanda Pineros at Frontline Health Brisbane on 0411 758 602.
