Our team of experts at Auckland District Health Board is seeking a highly skilled Oral Medicine Specialist to join our busy Hospital & Specialist Dentistry team in Auckland.

The successful applicant will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive hospital-based oral medicine services, including managing patients with complex oral mucosal and potentially malignant diseases; oral disease occurring as a manifestation of systemic disease; and complex orofacial pain.

We are committed to upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi and providing culturally safe care. We value role modeling manaakitanga as demonstrated by Ngāti Whātua in the gifting of their whenua on which our hospitals stand.

To succeed in this role, you must have an excellent work record, an ability to integrate as part of a team, and a desire for public service.

The focus of the role is the provision of comprehensive hospital-based oral medicine services, and there are opportunities for involvement in research.
